Website Updates

Hopefully visitors to the site will have noticed that the website is currently undergoing some minor revisions.

The changes we are making should make it easier to navigate the page. We will be removing some of the direct links in the sidebar to the individual photo galleries. Don’t worry though, the photos will still be available in the photo gallery.

Some of the other changes make the website more accessible to viewers with disabilities by making the page structure more logical, and ensuring our continued compliance with World Wide Web standards. The VLH website is regularly checked to ensure it continues to meet the highest, Triple-A, standards for accessibility.

We are aware that the redesign is currently causing issues with legacy browsers such as Internet Explorer 6 and 7 that do not comply with W3C internet standards. If you use such a browser we are working on the problem, however for your own internet security it may be worth considering an upgrade to Internet Explorer 8. We do our best to test any changes to the site on a variety of browsers and operating systems.

If you are a registered with the website comments have been enabled and you can tell us what you think of the changes.
