The Vale of Lune Hunt have operated a Point to Point course at Whittington for some years, thanks to the cooperation of local people and local farmers. There are currently two fixtures at the course, one for the Holcombe Harriers and the other, on Easter Saturday, for the Vale of Lune Hunt.
