Tickets for The Hunt Ball are strictly limited. People have already ordered and paid for tickets and as there was a waiting list last year, it is strongly recommended that you apply early.

As usual it promises to be an evening of fine food and dancing and we look forward to seeing you there.

Booking

To book please download and complete the booking form. Please send your booking form, with payment, and when cheques have been cleared, the appropriate number of tickets will be posted to you. Please include an A5 stamped addressed envelope when you send in your booking form.

N.B No booking is secure until tickets have been paid for in full.

Accomodation

Rooms at The Grange Hotel may be booked directly with the hotel (subject to availability). Please quote “VLH Hunt Ball” when making your booking. Rooms at The Grange Hotel have already been booked, so to avoid disappointment, these too should be reserved ASAP.
