Please note that this meet has been cancelled due to conditions and a sheep worrying incident, which would make it too insensitive to be out with hounds.
We are going to take advantage of the excellent beef lunch done at the Bay Horse Arkholme. We will be out for an hour and a half, steady exercise for horses and hounds, then back to the pub for some lunch.
As this is a bye meet please wear ratcatcher or tweed, and please do not wear formal hunt dress. It is also not necessary to plait, which will please one or two grooms.
Parking at the Village Hall.

Draghunting and trail hunting are high risk sports. From time to time it is inevitable that accidents will happen, whether or not it is the fault of the rider or any of those otherwise concerned. For this reason we make it a condition that anyone coming out with us must have read carefully, and observe, the safety requirements in the disclaimer.
